The flat die pellet mill is designed for processing wood chips, straw, chaff, bamboo shavings, peanut shells, bagasse, alfalfa and other raw materials. This series flat die pellet mill can process oil cake and other mixed waste materials into pellets. The finial pellets are durable and they have a lustrous surface. During the processing, the temperature can reach almost 70-80℃.The pellets is fully cooked penetrable. And it is not easy to go moldy and degenerative. So it can be stored for a long time and improved poultry dainty and assimilation function. With shorter period of feeding, it can save many users' productive cost efficiently.



We have got a feedback from our customer about our flat die pellet mill. Here are the recommendations from them:
1) Best moisture content is 15% for all materials.
2) The temperature during pelletization is around 90-95°C. The pellets must be allowed to cool when expelled from the pellet press before being handled.
