How many system does a complete pellet plant include?
A complete wood pellet plant include Raw Material Receiving/ Sieving/ Pulverizing System, Drying system, Pelleting/Cooling/Sieving System, weighing and packing System, Assistant System, Electric Control System. etc.
(As per your demand, such as material size, moisture content, baging requirement, we provide custom-built proposal.)

Does the process of pelleting need steam supply?
Our machinery can make wood pellet with or without steam. Our suggestion is to adopt steam supply system when the capacity is more than 1t/h and don't use steam supply system when the capacity is less than 1t/h. Steam supply system will increase investment, on the other side it can increase capacity from 30% to 50% and prolong life of machinery and spare parts.

Does the quotation include installation?
Our price don't include installation cost. The traffic freight, Accomodation, and salary of engineers shall be calculated separately.

Does the pellet plant can work continuousely in 24 hours?
Yes.

Is the dryer necessary for a wood pellet plant?
The optimal moisture content is 15% before pelletizing. If the moisture of material is more than the above figure, a dryer is needed.

What's the fuel for the heating system to dryer?
Multiform fuel such as Oil, Coal, gas, or biomass fuel can be adopt it's depend on the heat stove which you select.

Does your wood pellet plant approved CE certificate?
Yes.

What's the material of the RingDie?
Stainless steel.

Is the lubricating system automatic or manual?
Automatic.

Re parameter of wood pellet, What's the density, or caloric value.
The density is about 1.1 to 1.3, caloric value is above 4000.(depend on different material)
